• Orders under $50 are a flat $17.00 shipping cost.
• Value of order between $51.00 to $100.00, shipping cost is $19.00
• Value of order over $100.01, shipping cost is 20% of the value of the order.

Items can be exchanged or returned by notifying Cavan Advertising within 15 days of the purchase date. To begin the exchange or return process, contact us at order@cavanadv.com first to receive confirmation before returning the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unscented (i.e. no smoke or perfume, no (animal) hair, dirt, etc.) and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges and refunds are completed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Cavan Advertising. If applicable, the items will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the payment.

DAMAGES

Items with a manufacturer’s defect or another defect not associated with normal wear, tear, or damage from abuse or misuse can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Contact us at order@cavanadv.com first to receive confirmation before returning the item.

Boilermakers decide if and when items will be restocked. Please check back often.
