Items can be exchanged or returned by notifying Cavan Advertising within 15 days of the purchase date. To begin the exchange or return process, contact us at [email protected] first to receive confirmation before returning the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unscented (i.e. no smoke or perfume, no (animal) hair, dirt, etc.) and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges and refunds are completed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Cavan Advertising. If applicable, the items will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the payment.
