The Knowing One’s Community series is an initiative that explores the contribution of curricula and proposes potential avenues for reflection in the area of cultural and identity building in French-language schools.
Among other things, this latest addition to the series Knowing One’s Community offers teachers:
- examples of learning outcomes;
- information on legal cases that advanced the rights of Francophones;
- links to online resources.
This tool helps integrate the issue of linguistic rights into the social studies and law courses of all provinces and territories across Canada.
