To begin the exchange or return process, contact us at order@cavanadv.com first to receive confirmation before returning the item. The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unscented (i.e. no smoke or perfume, no (animal) hair, dirt, etc.) and in the same condition that you received it.<\/p>\n<p>Exchanges and refunds are completed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Cavan Advertising. If applicable, the items will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the payment.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>DAMAGES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Items with a manufacturer\u2019s defect or another defect not associated with normal wear, tear, or damage from abuse or misuse can be returned within <strong>15 days<\/strong> of the purchase date.
